Just a short entry to let you know that I am in Bogota, having a fantastic time and enjoying the company of Julian and his family. So far everything has been wonderful- amazing food, beautiful vistas, and extremely kind people. Right now we are visiting with his brother Dario, his sister-in-law Maria Jose, and their little girl Sophia. In a bit we will return to Edith`s home for dinner...
Tomorrow or Saturday I will try to post a real entry with stories and pictures of the places we saw today and, of course, of the incredible food!

Not sure if you got my last note, but we are glad to hear that the trip is going so well.
If the food is good then you have 99% of what you need. But if the people are nice and the country is beautiful, then it sounds like you have it all. Say hi to everyone for us. Keep this thing up-to-date since we are incredibly nosey.
